Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Purpose:

To achieve sales targets by delivering effective sales presentations in a venue setting, and maintain high standards of service quality to attract and convert leads shared by the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Convert leads and generate business through leads shared by the organization.

- Visit potential customers for new business opportunities.

- Grow existing accounts and develop new relationships to meet sales and profitability goals established by direct-sales management.

- Maintain an up-to-date database with target customer, current customer, and future customer information.

- Ensure that business targets are met on a monthly basis.
