We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Fresher to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a growing organization, where you will be responsible for analyzing HR data, administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and providing support for internal and external audits.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

This HR position is ideal for individuals who possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze HR data related to workforce trends, compensation, and benefits metrics.
  • Develop and manage HR dashboards that provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Prepare detailed reports on salary trends, employee turnover, and the ROI on benefit programs.
  • Leverage analytics tools to forecast workforce needs, evaluate staffing levels, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR Generalists to provide data-driven recommendations on strategic HR decisions.

Employee Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including insurance, wellness programs, and retirement plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely enrollment of employees in benefit programs and address employee queries related to benefits.
  • Monitor the status of claims and benefits and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Evaluate and recommend new benefit programs based on employee feedback and alignment with organizational goals.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (PT, PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Keep updated on changes in labor laws and statutory requirements that may affect the organization's benefit programs and HR policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of statutory records and reports.

Audit Support:

  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data related to HR processes, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Help prepare for annual or ad-hoc audits and ensure that required HR data and records are organized and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR or related functions are welcome to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
