Regional Revenue Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the revenue generation of a region, driving critical growth and performance metrics.
  • Take ownership of business-critical initiatives, including product launches and process improvements.
  • Contribute to business decisions through qualitative inputs and quantitative analysis.
  • Lead and develop a young and ambitious team in a city environment.
  • Establish an ecosystem for successful design experience.
  • Ensure high-quality design closure for Livspace catalogue products and services.
  • Drive KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, and happy customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in B.Design or Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in interior fit-out business management, leading a revenue-generating team.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and analytical abilities.
  • Effective leadership and people management skills, with direct team reporting experience.
  • Personal and professional drive to continuously improve design and design experience.
