Regional Head Position Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong foundation in architecture, interior design, project delivery, and client management within commercial and workplace sectors.

  • Lead and manage design operations in the Gurugram region with expertise in programming, space utilization, and modern workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Regional Design Leadership
  • Drive architectural and interior design strategy across all projects in the region to ensure high-quality, technically sound, and timely design deliverables.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all regional design initiatives, leading client workshops, design presentations, and value engineering discussions.
Project Oversight & Execution
  • Oversee all design phases from concept to construction documentation, ensuring seamless integration with engineering, MEP, and PMC teams.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to meet project deadlines and allocate resources efficiently.
Design Excellence & Innovation
  • Maintain high standards of design innovation, space planning, and user-centric design through regular audits of design output for quality and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement sustainable and LEED-compliant solutions wherever applicable.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Interface with clients, real estate consultants, and vendors to handle design-related RFIs, change requests, and design clarifications on-site.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through design strategy and visioning.
Team Management & Mentoring
  • Lead and mentor a regional team of architects, interior designers, and 3D visualizers to drive excellence in design and client service.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, internal training sessions, and design reviews to promote growth and improvement.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to statutory norms, building codes, and regulatory approvals.
  • Mitigate project and design risks through proactive planning and coordination with stakeholders.
