Financial Operations Director

  • This role involves managing multiple initiatives, including cost transformations, AI, automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, and global enterprise programs.
  • The successful candidate will create project plans with clear action items and milestones, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication are crucial in this role, as well as identifying and removing obstacles to ensure timely execution and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Project status, risks, and outcomes will be communicated to senior leadership and steering committees as necessary.
  • The Financial Operations Director will align project portfolios with organizational financial goals, providing executive-level oversight of critical transformation initiatives.
  • Partnerships with key stakeholders will be essential in evaluating potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority.
  • This role also involves supporting the development of business cases and programs as part of our finance strategy, understanding overall demand scope and dependencies.
  • Digital, Lean & Six Sigma methods will be applied to design and execute transformation initiatives for finance, focusing on standardization, consolidation, re-engineering, and automation.
