Job Description

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that requires an individual with strong financial leadership skills. As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for leading the finance team and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and risk management. They will also possess excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This role involves overseeing the preparation and approval of all financial reporting metrics, monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans, and preparing and presenting financial statements and reports. You will also be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the finance function, managing cash flow and expense control processes, and implementing operational best practices to maximise revenue.

In addition, you will need to understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile, monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and construct and monitor reliable control systems.

You will also manage relationships with investors and investment institutions, represent the company with bankers and investors, and raise additional capital as necessary to fund business expansion.
