Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end financial operations of the Aadhaar-PAN linking drive, including tracking status, collecting documentation, and recording financial entries.
  • Perform data entry and reconciliation to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate with customers to guide them through the Aadhaar-PAN linking process and follow up on pending documentation and payments.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of the linking drive, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to existing financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
