Operations Leader Position

Job Overview:

  • Operational Excellence Frameworks: Develop and implement operational frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Goal Management: Drive the development and ongoing management of strategic goal trees to ensure alignment and achievement.
  • Monthly Business Reviews: Lead and coordinate monthly business reviews to ensure accuracy, relevance, and follow-through of action items.
  • Executive Decision Support: Prepare executive presentations and dashboards for senior leadership to inform decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Internal Communications: Manage and execute internal communications including townhalls, leadership messages, and updates to engage employees.
  • Process Improvement Opportunities: Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in business operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Key Metrics Tracking: Track and report key metrics related to operational excellence and employee engagement.
  • Required Qualifications: MBA from a recognized institution with a specialization in operations, strategy, or general management. 7-8 years of experience in business operations or program management. Familiarity with tools like power BI or other dashboarding solutions.
