Lead Web Development Team

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee our web development team. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects and ensuring that we deliver exceptional services to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team and take on a leadership position. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of UI/frontend developers with 4+ years of experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in using React as a front-end development framework is essential.
  • Sound knowledge of front-end development languages, tools, and methodologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and associated technologies like jQuery, Sass.
  • Cross-browser and cross-device friendly code written through responsive or adaptive techniques is crucial.
  • Working knowledge of AWS for product development and deployment is preferred.
  • Experience in utilizing Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems for development and deployment is required.
  • Proven knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles is necessary.
