We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with a strong engineering background to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will combine program management expertise with technical depth to effectively collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders.

About the Role

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end delivery of large-scale, technical programs across multiple engineering teams. You will translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans. Partnering with engineering leads, you will define scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Additionally, you will identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers. To drive alignment, you will communicate status updates, risks, and trade-offs effectively to leadership and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive large-scale, technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and execution plans.
  • Partner with engineering leads to define project scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, manage dependencies, and resolve blockers.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or related role.
  • Strong technical foundation in software engineering (experience with backend/frontend systems, APIs, cloud, or distributed systems preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex engineering programs at scale.
  • Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive decision-making in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
