Workplace Well-being Programs Leader

Develop and implement high-impact well-being programs tailored for corporate clients, leveraging expertise in workplace well-being, psychology, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to create bespoke well-being solutions that drive employee engagement and productivity.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  3. Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in workplace well-being, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and improve program effectiveness.
  4. Lead a team of subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging content, workshops, and training sessions.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailor well-being initiatives accordingly.
  6. Drive innovation by piloting new services and evaluating their impact on employee well-being and organizational performance.
  7. Maintain rigorous standards for quality and credibility, ensuring all content is fact-checked and aligned with best practices in psychology.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace well-being, psychology, and program development.
  • Master's degree in psychology with a strong professional background in mental health or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in developing and scaling well-being programs for corporate clients, with a focus on employee engagement and retention.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
