Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will drive cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives by maintaining an integrated workplan, facilitating planning workshops, and assisting with resource forecasting.

This role requires a comprehensive program workplan across various initiatives, conducting rolling check-ins with initiative representatives to ensure plan accuracy, standardizing and facilitating forecasting of resource needs across markets.

You will support the preparation and facilitation of integrated planning workshops to align program strategy with market needs, raise and mitigate potential dependencies, risks, or other issues through appropriate governance channels.

Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate information flow between stakeholders, identifying areas for process improvements, and promoting collaboration among teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

For this position, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in project or program management
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership roles
