Job Opportunity:
">We are seeking a skilled professional to manage employee benefits and compensation programs. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR lifecycle activities, including benefits administration, workforce management, case resolution, and data entry.
">Responsibilities:
">- Enroll employees in benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and ancillary coverage.
- Manage life events, retirement plans, and pension services, including 401K and COBRA administration.
- Perform year-end tasks, such as healthcare renewals and benefit eligibility determinations.
- Resolve complex problems and provide solutions to clients.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to address HR-related issues.
- Collaborate with the delivery team to achieve project objectives.
Required Skills:
">- Experience in benefits administration, HR benefits administration, workforce management, case resolution, and data entry.
- System data entry skills with Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
