Job Title: Safety and Compliance SpecialistSafety and compliance play a vital role in the success of our organization. As a safety officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.Key Responsibilities:
  • ➞ Identify potential hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks associated with production processes.
  • ➞ Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • ➞ Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • ➞ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • ➞ Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and training sessions.
  • ➞ Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards, and provide guidance to employees on new policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • ➞ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • ➞ Minimum 2 years of experience in safety and compliance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • ➞ Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • ➞ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
