Roles and Responsibilities:
- Benefits Administration - Enrolments (dental, vision, ancillary benefits, FSA/HSA), Termination, Savings or Health plans (for NA, APAC or EMEA)
- Life Events, Retirement (like 401K and COBRA) & Pension plans
- Year End Activities like Healthcare Renewals
Must Have
- Experience of managing employee life cycle activities like HR Benefits administration, Rewards and compensation administration, Workforce administration, , case management, helpdesk, etc.
- System data entry experience (Oracle HCM, Taleo, SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Experience of maintaining data in excel, Pivot, V Look up
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Handle complex problems raised by client and provide solution
- Handle the client communication and client Reporting
- Excellent job organization and time management skills
- Attention to details and very good analytical skills;
- Good communication skills
- Interaction with Client daily via phone, chat and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members
