Job Title

Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strategic negotiation and approval for day-to-day procurement of mechanical, electrical, civil, administration & consumables.
  • Finalize purchase orders, BOQ, issue tender documents, analysis & evaluation of tender, award of work contract.
  • Develop vendors, decide supplier selection, manage multiple priorities, provide assistance to tendering team.
  • Monitor shipment documentation, negotiate transport rate contracts, liaison with DDM office.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in SAP/MM System, Computer Tool Basis Auto CAD, MS office, Outlook.

Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills, good communication skills.
