Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of projects, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project teams, ensuring the smooth operation of projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating meetings, managing project documents, and communicating with team members and clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating project meetings and ensuring timely follow-up on action items;
  • Managing project documentation, including creating and updating project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes;
  • Communicating with project team members and clients to ensure effective project execution;
  • Providing administrative support to project managers, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements;
  • Assisting with project budgeting and forecasting, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings;

For this role, we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a related field, such as project management or administration;
  • Demonstrated expertise in project coordination and management, including experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting tools;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project team members, clients, and stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction;
