Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services across international markets.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for acquiring new clients in tech staffing.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to fulfill client requirements.
- Drive market research, lead generation, and outreach campaigns.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
- Represent the company at networking events and online platforms.
- Create marketing content strategies to attract and engage clients.
- Track business development metrics and report to leadership.
Requirements & Skills:
- 5–8 years of experience in business development/sales within staffing, recruitment, or HR consulting industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong business acumen, integrity, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, Sales Navigator, and digital outreach platforms.
