Strategic Human Resource Business Partner

We seek an experienced HR business partner to drive our initiatives and foster engagement.

The ideal candidate will partner with leaders to understand priorities and implement people strategies that generate value and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive value creation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and foster a culture that supports business growth and employee engagement.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving demands through talent development initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
  • Work closely with leaders to enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
  • Oversee the performance management lifecycle to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Provide comprehensive on-boarding and induction experiences for new employees.
  • Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Support the leadership team on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders.
