A leading brand seeks a seasoned Human Resources Director to oversee strategic HR initiatives and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business objectives, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to translate business strategy into actionable HR priorities and initiatives.
  • Organizational Design & Development: Provide expertise in restructuring and change management efforts; lead initiatives to optimize organizational structure, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Workforce Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, monitor HR performance metrics, and assess the impact of HR programs.
  • Talent Strategy: Design and execute strategies for leadership development, succession planning, skills gap analysis, and performance management.
  • Change Management: Champion innovation and promote a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and adaptability.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support the development and implementation of DEI strategies across all levels of the organization.
  • HR Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
  • Proven experience with HR analytics, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
