Position Summary: Senior Human Resources Consultant As a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Spixar Technologies Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, consulting on workforce planning, and supporting HR operations across various verticals. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, remote environment where your contributions directly impact the company's growth and talent quality.

You will serve as a key advisor to internal stakeholders, implement scalable hiring frameworks, and guide junior HR staff, all while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:- 1. Strategic Workforce Planning and Consultation:

  • Collaborate with business heads and leadership teams to forecast workforce requirements.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with short- and long-term organizational goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on HR planning and resource allocation.

2. Advanced Talent Acquisition and Sourcing:

  • Actively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and regional networks.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline for critical roles across departments.
  • Drive senior and mid-level hiring for strategic roles, including team leads and assistant managers.

3. Candidate Assessment and Interview Management:

  • Conduct comprehensive screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical and behavioral interview rounds with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.

4. Offer Negotiation and Documentation Management:

  • Manage compensation discussions and negotiate offers within budgetary guidelines.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and necessary pre-joining documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring documentation and record-keeping protocols.

5. Onboarding and New Employee Integration:

  • Oversee virtual onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Conduct welcome sessions, orientation programs, and provide early-stage support to enhance employee engagement.

6. Compliance and Background Verification:

  • Implement background verification checks in alignment with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and ensure adherence to applicable labor laws and compliance standards.

7. HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment dashboards for leadership review.

8. Field Hiring Support and Oversight:

  • Lead and support high-volume hiring efforts for field roles such as Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and Assistant Managers.
  • Collaborate with regional operations teams to meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.

9. Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement:

  • Promote Spixar as an employer of choice through job portals, social media, and hiring campaigns.
  • Develop communication strategies to engage potential candidates and retain high-quality talent.

Candidate Requirements:-

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 12 years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resource consulting roles.
  • Proven expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and digital hiring tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects independently while working in a remote environment.
  • A proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative approach to solving challenges and meeting targets.

Compensation Structure and Growth Path:- Phase 1: First 6 Months – Performance-Based Compensation

  • During the initial phase, compensation will be based on the number of successful closures.
  • Consultants will earn per-hire incentives for each successfully sourced and onboarded candidate.
  • This model is designed to reward performance, efficiency, and output.

Phase 2: After 6 Months – Fixed Monthly CTC + Incentives

  • Upon successful completion of the performance review at 6 months, consultants will transition to a fixed monthly salary structure.
  • Additional performance-linked incentives and leadership opportunities will be available for high-performing individuals.
