Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Recovery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing collections across various parameters, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections for assigned areas, achieve targets on resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates.
  • Ensure NPAs are kept within budget and actively minimize them.
  • Increase fee income/revenue and develop initiatives to control vendor payouts.
  • Conduct asset verifications and possession as per SARFESI/Section 9 process through court receivers.
  • Track and control delinquency of the area (bucket and DPD wise) and focus on nonstarters.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within specified TAT.
  • Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitor defaulting customers.
  • Represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies and ensure compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Allocate work to field executives and ensure agencies perform as per defined SLA.
  • Ensure Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise and obtain daily updates from collection executives.
  • Ensure compliance to audit/regulatory bodies and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent
