Job Description

The primary objective of this position is to achieve collection targets in assigned areas while adhering to standard operating procedures and legal norms.

  • Manage collections for assigned areas, achieving collection targets on parameters like resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates.
  • Maintain non-performing assets (NPAs) within assigned limits, minimizing them through proactive efforts.
  • Increase fee income/revenue by developing initiatives to control vendor payouts.
  • Conduct asset verifications and possessions as per SARFESI/Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act.
  • Track and control delinquency at the area level (bucket and days past due wise), focusing on non-starters.
  • E nsure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly within specified turnaround times.
  • Build relationships with key clients to facilitate timely collections, monitor defaulting customers, and identify reasons for defaulting.
  • Represent the organization before legal/statutory bodies, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
  • Allocate work to field executives, ensuring all agencies perform according to defined service-level agreements.
  • Ensure adequate feet-on-street presence area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise, obtain daily updates from collection executives, and review high-ticket accounts.
  • Comply with audit/regulatory requirements as well as company policies and procedures.

Required Qualification: Post Graduate or Graduate degree in any discipline.
