Collection Manager Job

As a professional responsible for managing collections, you will be tasked with overseeing the entire collection process and achieving targets on various parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage collections for assigned areas and achieve target results in terms of resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates.
  • Ensure that non-performing assets are kept within manageable limits and active efforts are made to minimize them.
  • Develop initiatives to increase fee income/revenue and control vendor payouts.
  • Conduct asset verifications and possession through court receivers as per legal procedures.
  • Monitor and control delinquency of the area (bucket and DPD-wise) and focus on non-starting accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly within specified turnaround times.
  • Build relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitor defaulting customers.
  • Represent the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required and ensure compliance to all regulatory guidelines.
  • Assign work to field executives and ensure all agencies perform as per defined service level agreements.
  • Ensure adequate Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise and obtain daily updates from all collection executives on delinquent portfolios.
  • Initiate detailed account-level reviews of high-ticket accounts and ensure compliance to all Audit/Regulatory bodies and company policies.
