In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries or complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction scores and minimum call handling time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Deliver exceptional service with courtesy and accuracy
- Escalate customer issues to the right internal stakeholders as needed
- Ensure process efficiency and effectiveness in customer service delivery
- Meet Call Quality targets and other key performance indicators
- Cross-sell/upsell products like loans, mortgages, priority accounts, etc.
