Implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition, Employee Central, and succession planning processes and best practices.
- Proficient in testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation.
- At least 2+ successful implementations under their belt.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules (SAP Certified consultant / Application Associate is preferred).
This role involves:
- Designation: Implementation consultant/SAP SuccessFactors Manager.
- Implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll module.
