Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding">

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their recruitment and onboarding needs and identify opportunities for process enhancements using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Lead the implementation of Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Stay up-to-date on SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommend new features to enhance business operations.
  • Integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central modules.
  • Training and Support:
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure effective use and adoption of implemented modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends.

 

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Possess a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM.
