Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR professional to partner with UK-based clients and deliver seamless SuccessFactors implementations. This role involves reimagining HR processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing expert guidance on Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking.

About the Role

  • Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations for UK-based customers, aligning solutions with local statutory and regulatory needs.
  • Conduct Business Process Reviews (AS-IS / TO-BE) to map workflows, identify pain points, and define actionable improvements.
  • Facilitate client workshops to engage stakeholders and drive decisions in unionised and non-unionised environments.
  • Configure and support Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking, optimising for UK HR scenarios.
  • Collaborate with payroll and technical teams to validate and support payroll integrations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs: process maps, gap analysis, recommendation logs, and future-state blueprints.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing SuccessFactors in UK-based organisations, focusing on end-to-end or major workstreams.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK HR laws, statutory requirements, and collective agreements.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
  • Hands-on expertise across EC Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking; experience with payroll integration touchpoints.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to the UK for client meetings and workshops.
