We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.

Job Summary

The role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL, and performing end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation
  • Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
