Job Title: HR Manager

We are a dynamic and innovative agency seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations Management: Manage day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Employee Development: Assist in performance management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure data integrity.
  • Employee Support: Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies, and provide support for employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
