We are seeking a seasoned HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The HCM Implementation Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our Human Capital Management solution. This individual will provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within the HCM system, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure and test the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation of HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.)
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within the HCM system.
  • Actively contribute to HCM projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Good to have technical experience like data model of HCM Schemas, PL/SQL.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Good knowledge of functional flows of HRMS Cycles.
  • Good to have knowledge of Finance.
