HCM Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

Seeking a seasoned HCM professional to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The successful candidate will oversee the integration of these systems with existing infrastructure and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Lead comprehensive HCM implementations, encompassing OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Security, and Absence Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex functional issues.
  • Develop and implement process enhancements to elevate client satisfaction and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and expertise.
  • Regularly interact with clients to discuss work efforts and progress.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in HCM covering the entire hire-to-retire cycle.
  • Extensive working experience in at least one of the following modules: OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Benefits.
  • Deep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating abilities.
