Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a consultative role, where they will assist clients in achieving business excellence through the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent understanding of business processes and procedures.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Ability to conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Expertise in identifying as-is processes and to-be processes.
  • Strong skills in building/reviewing functional design specification documents.
  • Ability to design complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
  • Experience with configuring scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  • Knowledge of different aspects of the life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • SME skills in one or more of the following modules:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs.
  • Map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules and identify gaps.
  • Design and develop functional specifications for implementation projects.
  • Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  • Provide training and support to clients on Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
