Job Title: Human Capital Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Workday HCM system configuration, implementation, and maintenance. They will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with HR and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system to meet business needs

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with HR policies and standards
  • Provide end-user support, training, and develop system documentation

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM system configuration, implementation, and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, system configuration, and implementation methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement changes
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
