Our organization is seeking an experienced SAP HCM professional to expand their skill set and achieve job satisfaction.

This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work on end-to-end payroll processes, integrating payroll with SAP FI, Time Management, and third-party tools. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

They will be responsible for configuring and supporting SAP Payroll (PY), managing payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables. Additionally, hands-on experience in integration with SAP FI, Time Management, and external payroll systems is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, including at least 2 full-cycle implementations. Strong expertise in Payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables is required.
