Job Title: SAP GRC Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain SAP GRC Risk Management modules to ensure effective segregation of duties (SoD).
  • Develop and manage risk assessments and remediation plans to mitigate risks.
  • Generate and analyze SoD reports to identify and resolve security vulnerabilities.
  • Manage user accounts and authorizations in SAP ECC systems to ensure secure access.
  • Implement and maintain user provisioning processes to streamline user management.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data.
  • Design, develop, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations to control access.
  • Perform role-based access control (RBAC) configuration to secure data and applications.
  • Manage role provisioning and de-provisioning processes to optimize system usage.
  • Perform role remediation efforts and manage role lifecycle to minimize risks.
  • Implement and manage SAP authorization concepts and objects to enforce security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve authorization-related issues to ensure system stability.
  • Conduct security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with SAP GRC Risk Management (SoD checks).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC Security and user management.
  • Proficiency in SAP role configuration and management.
  • Deep understanding of SAP authorization security concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and SAP Fiori security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong project coordination and communication abilities.
Experience Required:

At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in SAP GRC and Security consulting is required.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate – Security with SAP NetWeaver AS and SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Access Control are also desirable.

Soft Skills:

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and remotely, have strong attention to detail and accuracy, be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and be proactive and results-oriented.
