- Compliance and Risk Management:
- E nsure adherence to relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to minimize risk and maintain compliance.
- Training and Development:
- Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and implement programs that enhance faculty and staff skills.
- Engagement Initiatives:
- Drive initiatives that foster a highly motivated and engaged workforce, promoting a positive school culture.
- HR Analytics:
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights to leadership.
- Change Management:
- Support the implementation of new processes and technologies, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to staff.
- Essential Skills:
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
