Job Description

The role of HR Engagement & Initiatives Specialist is a key position in our organization. We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills and experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, and related roles.


Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement across the organization.
  • Conduct regular surveys to measure employee satisfaction and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and manage engagement programs for various departments and locations.

Onboarding Experience & Employee Journey

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth cultural assimilation for new employees.
  • Maintain an employee journey dashboard highlighting milestones, feedback, and engagement scores.

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Generate dashboards and reports with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Use HR data to identify engagement, attrition, and sentiment trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years' experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools, HRMS, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
