We are seeking a dedicated HR Partner to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive organizational success.
Main Responsibilities- Foster collaborative relationships with business leaders to align HR strategies with company objectives.
- Provide insightful recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead comprehensive talent acquisition processes aligned with company culture and goals.
- Develop and implement succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Foster an engaging workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Support managers in conducting fair and consistent performance evaluations.
- Implement performance improvement plans and coaching for growth and development.
- Assist in organizational change management and restructuring initiatives.
- Facilitate training and skill enhancement programs to upskill and reskill employees.
- Leverage HR metrics to inform strategic decisions and guide organizational growth.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management to drive data-driven decision making.
