Job Title: Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled marketer to prevent user churn and reactivate lapsed listeners through targeted strategies and personalized approaches.

This role requires a data-driven specialist who can analyze user behavior, identify areas of disengagement, and develop effective solutions to save users or bring them back to the platform.

As an Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying at-risk users, developing win-back campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to measure key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • At-Risk User Intervention: Identify users showing signs of disengagement and design tailored interventions to address their concerns and improve satisfaction.
  • Lapsed User Reactivation: Develop end-to-end strategies to bring back churned subscribers by crafting irresistible offers and hyper-personalized content.
  • Analytics & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Analyze KPIs such as Churn Rate, Save Rate, Reactivation Rate, and ROI of campaigns to inform future growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer retention, user reactivation, or engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools.
  • Hands-on campaign execution experience using marketing automation platforms.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with creativity and critical thinking.

Preferred Background: 4-7 years in a similar role within a B2C subscription or mobile app business.
