The Role

We seek a skilled Customer Marketing Operations Manager to spearhead event production and translate client objectives into captivating experiences.

This is an opportunity to bridge marketing strategy and flawless event execution.

  • Liaise with the Event Production team to guarantee seamless event execution, from initial strategy development through post-event analysis for multiple concurrent client campaigns.
  • Translate client marketing objectives into targeted event experiences using proprietary audience intelligence.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to ensure event design aligns with broader marketing campaign goals.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary operational point of contact for assigned client accounts:

  • Lead client calls, present campaign strategies, and provide regular performance updates.
  • Collaborate with account management to develop integrated marketing campaigns where events drive lead generation and brand engagement.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables across multiple clients simultaneously.

Team Management:

  • Oversee a team of 20-30 full-time employees which includes:
  • Regional Customer Success Managers (Direct Reports)
  • Audience Acquisition Team Leads (Direct Reports)
  • Campaign Specialists (Managed by CSMs)
  • Data Research Associates (Managed by CSMs)
Performance & Analytics

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, connecting event activities to marketing outcomes and ROI. Utilize audience data and campaign insights to continuously optimize event experiences and operational processes. Provide detailed post-event analysis and recommendations for future campaigns.
