Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing specialist to manage and grow our online presence while driving impactful paid campaigns. This role is a blend of creative social media management and data-driven performance marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both content and analytics.

  • We aim to find an expert who can create engaging posts, reels, shorts, and stories across multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in tracking and analyzing key organic and paid metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, conversions). We encourage collaboration and open communication among team members to drive business goals forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business objectives.
  2. Publish daily content and track user engagement insights with the team.
  3. Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPL, ROAS and support ongoing optimizations.
  4. Execute A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media & Performance Marketing (EdTech/Finance preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with YouTube Lives or webinars.
  • Knowledge of SEO for social content, hashtag strategies, and lead-gen via CTAs.
