Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the SEO and promotions team, ensuring alignment with performance goals and KPIs.
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive SEO and digital promotional strategies to drive qualified traffic and visibility.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—presenting performance reports, aligning expectations, and gathering feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with content, design, development, and paid media teams to execute campaigns and resolve issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Oversee tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Shift-Based Coordination: Efficiently manage workflows and communication across split shifts, ensuring continuous support and delivery.
  • Compliance & Trends: Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and digital promotion best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or online promotions.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing performance.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, and digital promotion techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to engage with clients professionally.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and split shifts, particularly in support of international stakeholders or distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google tools, and promotional platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international clients or in a global agency setup.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or content distribution networks.
  • Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing Platforms are a plus.
