Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned marketer with 5-8 years of experience to lead performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing paid campaigns to drive user acquisition, maximize ROI, and scale the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with in-depth knowledge of sales cycles, customer lifetime value, and retention strategies.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead campaign creation and management across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, ensuring campaigns stay on track and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and overall campaign performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and other channels.
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
