SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Specialist

As a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Configuration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and configuring core SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, and PMGM to optimize business processes.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Business HR stakeholders/Product Owner to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions that meet business needs.
- Handle day-to-day operational issues and configuration changes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless integration of systems.
- Proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules: EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, demonstrating expertise in system architecture and data flow across modules.
- Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules, enabling effective configuration and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of LMS and reporting tools like Story Reports, Ad Hoc Reports, or Canvas is a plus, enhancing analytical capabilities.
