We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for Employee Central Solution.

This role involves defining business requirements, performing fit gap analysis, and creating solution design for Employee Management Solution.

  • Implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • Defining and translating business requirements into system configuration objects and creating solution designs.
  • Providing consulting services to organizations in HCM Best Practices and migration to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead project implementation and provide technical guidance.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  4. Analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
  5. Provide expert-level support and maintenance of the system.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills, with a strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management process in Global organizations.
