Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll Consultant

This role focuses on implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • System Management: Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment for new enhancements and payroll functionalities.
  • Integration Management: Manage integrations between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Support business users by troubleshooting issues, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing ongoing technical support.
  • Data Migration and Governance: Assist in data migration, validation, and governance for EC and ECP modules, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR and payroll processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
  • Payroll Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll schemas, PCRs, and payroll reporting.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration or other middleware.
  • SAP Proficiency: Proficiency in SAP Payroll Control Center and knowledge of country-specific payroll localization.
  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
