Role Description:

As a Digital/Chip Design Engineer at Synseis, you will:

  • Design, develop, and verify digital hardware architectures for AI/ML workloads on FPGAs and ASICs.
  • Manage I/O interfaces, memory subsystems, and bus architectures to meet performance and latency targets.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and ML specialists to optimize hardware-software co-design pipelines.
  • Support end-to-end deployment, from concept to validation on real hardware.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Electrical Engineering (EE).
  • 0-3 years industry experience in Digital Design / Chip Design.
  • Proven track record of deploying real-world FPGA/ASIC solutions.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard EDA tools (Vivado, Quartus, Synopsys, Cadence).
  • Experience with FPGA and ASIC design and verification.
  • Strong skills in I/O management and Memory management.

Preferred Requirements:

Understanding of machine learning model workflows, from training to inference and how they map onto hardware.

  • Experience in hardware acceleration for ML/DSP pipelines.
  • Familiarity with HLS (High-Level Synthesis) tools, hardware profiling, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with hardware/software integration for edge AI applications.

What We Offer

Remote work (preferred candidates from India).

Salary range: ₹20,000 - ₹60,000 per month based on experience.

Eligibility for founding engineer equity and be part of Synseis from the ground up.
