Visual Storyteller Job

We are seeking an experienced Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a Visual Storyteller, you will be responsible for creating compelling digital creatives, including social media assets, infographics, videos, and template-based designs for various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Digital Creatives: Design engaging social media assets, infographics, videos, and template-based designs for multiple platforms.
  • Brand Collaterals: Develop pitch decks, case studies, emailers, web pages, newsletters, and other marketing materials aligned with the brand identity.
  • Website Maintenance: Regularly update and manage the company website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), ensuring content and design accuracy.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill internal design requests from different teams while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders efficiently.
  • Create visual branding and display material for participation in key industry forums and events hosted by IIT Bombay.
  • Coordinate with marketing/design agencies to ensure brand consistency across digital campaigns and visual storytelling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design in a professional setting.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and responsive design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics.
  • Exposure to UX/UI principles or web design.
