Job Title: Organizational Management Specialist

Organizations are complex systems requiring effective management to ensure smooth operations. As an Organizational Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing the organizational structure and driving global projects forward.

The job entails managing processes for position master data in local HR systems, updating SAP with org units, classification of org types, org area, cost center, personnel area/sub-area, location, account assignment, info org unit, position maintenance, position movements, role updates, target & disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag.

You will also be responsible for creating queries and generating need-based MIS & reports from SAP & COMPAS, providing monthly inputs to Org changes stakeholders Team on Org management and Chief updates, adhering to SLA through timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction with stakeholders via Teams or email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organizational structure, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Drive global projects by actively participating in design, transition, takeover phases, and ensuring smooth-running OM activities.
  • Implement automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience through idea generation, initiation, and implementation.
  • Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements via Change Requests, Local Harmonization, and Service Tickets.
  • Provide 2nd-level technical support by resolving queries on COMPAS, HR core – Rules, Policies & Processes, data creation & maintenance, etc.
  • Update and maintain organizational master data in the COMPAS system.
  • Manage processes for position master data in the local HR system.
Requirements
  • Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline, Post Graduate / MBA in HR (Optional), MSW.
  • Experience: 3-5 year of work experience in SAP/SuccessFactors.
  • Mandatory/requires skills: Experience in EC/SAP.
